Ideas And Sampling
Embroidery opens up a world of creative possibilities, offering limitless ways to customise through various techniques and materials—ranging from threads, cords, and ribbons to beads, sequins, and crystals. To ensure a smooth sampling process, it’s helpful to share visual references or inspiration upfront, giving our artists a clear direction. Multiple sampling rounds can be explored and refined until the final design perfectly captures your vision—only then do we move forward with production.
Patterns & Artwork
Once we receive your paper pattern, our in-house artist carefully interprets the design by creating an illustrated embroidery layout that maps out the placement of each detail. This visual draft is shared with you for review, so you can request any adjustments before we proceed. Once finalized, the approved design is transferred onto fabric using a precision rotary punching machine, which marks the layout with tiny perforations. These guide marks are then dusted with chalk, allowing our embroiderers to follow the design with complete accuracy during production.
Bringing Your Design to Life/ Production
Once the sample and layout are signed off, we begin the embroidery process. The timeline depends on the complexity, size, and techniques involved in your piece. Throughout the process, we keep you in the loop with regular progress updates and photos—so you can watch your design come to life, one stitch at a time.
Quality Check / Final Inspection & Finishing Touches
Once embroidery is complete, each piece undergoes a detailed quality check to ensure it meets our highest standards. We carefully align embroidery along the seams, account for any minor shrinkage by adjusting to your original pattern, and inspect the stitching for durability and consistency. This final review ensures that what you receive is refined, precise, and production-ready.
Shipping & Tracked Delivery
After your embroidery is complete and quality-checked, it’s carefully packed and shipped via trusted international couriers such as FedEx or DHL. A tracking number will be shared with you so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
